Incorporating RedX FSBO (For Sale By Owner) and EXPIRED lists into your daily prospecting may be a great way to increase your listing count. 

 

Follow the step by step instructions below for how to pull the data from BrightMLS:

You will need to know:

1. Lead type: FSBO and/or Expired listing

2. Area: City or Zip Code you are requesting to work

3. Time Frame: Date range you want the search

Once you have pulled the information from BrightMLS please email the file to ashlee.exitlandmark@gmail.com. Ashlee will import the data into RedEX and send you a list of potential leads.
