Welcome Agents

to EXIT Landmark Realty

To ensure your Real Estate career with EXIT Landmark Realty gets started on the right path, please complete the steps below:

​1. Follow us on Social Media

2. Set up your Profile in the EXIT Resource Center

  • Go to the EXIT Resource Center

  • Log in using your Roster Code and your default password

    • Default Password is <First four letters of your Last Name + Last four of Social Security Number, Abcd#1234>

  • Upload your Professional Photo & Bio to the EXIT Resource Center

    • Hover over the top right corner where your avatar/silhouette is located

      • Click on ‘Public Profile’ in the dropdown menu

      • Upload your photo & save changes

    • Review EXIT's Tip Sheet to Creating your Bio the Easy Way

      • Type your bio in the box & save changes​

    • Now that you have your professional picture and bio, it is a good idea to post your profile on Real Estate sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.​

    • Send a copy of your professional photo to frontdesk@exitlandmark.com for your welcome post.

  • Create your Mobile Business Card

    • Set up your Mobile business card in the EXIT Resource Center

    • From the Agent Dashboard in the EXIT Resource center hover over your name in the top right of the screen and select My Mobile Business Card from the dropdown menu.

    • Create your custom text code, auto reply message, and 'about me' section

3. Familiarize Yourself with EXIT Realty Text Codes

  • Text Support to 85377 and save as a contact to your phone

4. Mandatory Training to Complete

  1. Complete the Agent Success Plan:  New Agent in the Resource Center

    1. Click the search function and type: Agent Success Plan and select the "Agents Success Plan- New Agent" (Download PDF HERE)

  2. Coach52 

    • Look out for an email with your account login and instructions for setting up your account. Check your spam and if you cannot find the email, please reach out to the front desk.

    • Watch the Welcome Video in the welcome email BEFORE logging in

  3. Complete the basic Dotloop training under training> Dotloop

  4. Complete Listing, Contract AND Addendums Classes for the state which you are licensed. 

  5. Sign up for the next New Agent Orientation class and Combined Monthly Sales Meeting, please check office calendar for dates

  • Sign up for Bright MLS (email gina.exitlandmark@gmail.com to notify of membership request)

    • Once you've joined BrightMLS, login to your account 

    • Click support in the top right 

    • Select 'Getting Started'. Explore the page,

    • We recommend completing all of the new agent courses.

 

  • Set up your Free EXIT Branded DotLoop account.

  • ​Schedule a 1-on-1 with the manager of the office you joined! 

    • The purpose of this meeting is to develop your Real Estate strategy and next steps.​

  • LAST STEP

    • Review Lead Source Options provided through the Office here.

​

As a new agent, your first 3 listing transactions and the first 3 sales transactions with EXIT Landmark Realty are REQUIRED to be reviewed by a member of the EXIT Landmark Realty management team. Reach out to manager via text, phone or email to review PRIOR to submitting to the other agent.
